DOES CLARTE' OFFER ENGRAVING?
Many of our pieces can be engraved – you’ll see an ‘engrave’ icon next to the ‘add to cart’ button on the product page if so. You can choose to have up to 10 characters (including numbers and punctuation) engraved. Our engravers will choose the most suitable place for your inscription.
IF A GIFT CARD IS LOST OR STOLEN, CAN IT BE REPLACED?
Yes, definitely. You just have to give us the order number of the stolen or lost gift card, and we will de-activate it and send you a new one.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
We do! Simply select and prepay your preferred amount, and the recipient can redeem it for merchandise up to the prepaid value at clartenewyork.com. It may not be redeemed for cash or applied as credit to a Clarte' New York account.
